Questions people ask before they start
Is this a real spoken conversation, or a chatbot?
A real one, out loud. You speak, your counterpart answers in a live voice, and it runs at meeting speed — no typing, no menus. The counterpart is software, but it holds its position under pressure, so you can say the sentence you are dreading to a skeptical VP here before you have to say it to a real one.
Who hears my voice, and what happens to the recording?
Nobody on our side hears it. Your microphone connects straight from your browser to OpenAI, the US company whose model gives Jordan its voice — the audio never touches our servers, OpenAI receives your IP address with it, and OpenAI's own terms apply there. What stays with us is the written transcript, on servers in Frankfurt, and it is deleted automatically 30 days after the session ends. Under Account & privacy you can export or delete everything yourself — no email, no waiting. If your employer's policy forbids sending work content to a US provider, train with invented numbers and fictional company names: every scenario here is fictional anyway, and the practice works exactly the same.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
29 € a month or 290 € a year, and yes — any time, in the Stripe customer portal, without contacting us. A card starts the 3 free days: cancel inside them and nothing is charged. Cancel later and access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. During the trial you can work up to five scenarios a day; a subscription lifts that limit. One scenario is free before any of it, with no card. One thing worth knowing up front: the free days are granted once per programme. Cancel and come back later, and the new subscription is charged straight away.
Will this teach me to manage people by manipulating them?
No. Every scenario here is built on the opposite move: say the real reason, put the options on the table, name the criterion you are deciding by, and let the other person disagree out loud. Nothing coaches spin, leverage games or steering someone into a decision they would not make informed. And Jordan gives no legal or HR advice: where a scenario touches something that belongs to HR or a lawyer in real life, it says so and points you there.
